Shared rooms: No shared rooms.

Washing facilities: Most of the rooms are en-suite, have vanity units or are close to bathrooms.

Communal areas: Lower lounge – used for monthly church service given by the local Swainswick Church. Top lounge – comfortable lounge with views of garden. Most residents gather here after lunch to watch TV. Dining room – light and airy room, with large windows and views of the garden. Most afternoon activities take place in here. Lift to all areas.

Specialised equipment: Specially equipped bathrooms, wide doors, ramps, lifts and handrails and hoists.

Transport: There is a Cedar Care Mini Bus used by all homes.

Garden: Three gardens. One with a patio that is used for afternoon tea during the summer months and another with flower beds and beautiful lawns.

Security/safety: Entrances and exits to building are coded.
