Stepping inside Englishcombe House, you almost feel that you could wander into the lounge and curl up with a book and a cup of tea. This pretty Victorian house is so cosy that visitors often comment on its homely feel.

Situated in a traditional Cotswold village opposite a park and a school, there’s always something to see, and the house also has stunning views across Bath.

The house was previously a ballet school, and there’s certainly a classical feel to the home, with its traditional oak staircase and wrought ironwork.

The second floor lounge has a conservatory that opens out initially onto a patio area, and then on to a beautifully landscaped ‘sensory’ garden, created with our residents in mind.
