Single occupancy rooms: with TV and call bell system. Many of the rooms have excellent views over Bath.

Shared rooms: shared rooms are available.

Washing facilities: most of the rooms are en-suite, have vanity units or are close to bathrooms.

Communal areas: two lounges, toe dining rooms and two therapy rooms. Lifts to all areas.

Specialised equipment: specially equipped bathrooms, wide doors, ramps, lifts, handrails and hoists.

Transport: there is a Cedar Care Mini Bus used by all the homes.

Garden: a sensory garden, a rose garden, a gardening patio and a walking trail that wraps around the rear part of the building. The access to all parts of the garden are secure.

Security/safety: secure environment, all entrances and exits to the building are coded.
